Had an amazing experience here. We had been to a few different new car dealers today and we knew what we were looking for or at least what we wanted. We have great credit so we didn’t want to be pressured in to a credit app without knowing what kind of deal we were gonna get and they provided us with all we wanted. After the lackadaisical sales people at the Chevy dealer and no hope to try and make the sale we stopped in to Tom Roush and were quickly greeted by Lee. He was no BS he showed us what we wanted and the differences in the options. He swiftly brought up our new CX-9 and let us zoom zoom! He never made us uncomfortable, was never worried about our credit, and he never left us hanging like all the other places we went where our sales guy disappeared many of times. We drive it loved it and he came with the deals. We had 2 trades and some negative equity, but he fought to get our deal in our budget. We got everything we needed and they quickly got us through finance with Tarek who was also a good time. The longest we waited was for the detailer. But they cleaned it up real nice filled our tank up. We feel like we got a great deal with a 10 year warranty and free washes for life! This was our first brand new car purchase and they really took care of us. I loved the showroom set up very casual comfortable atmosphere. Thanks guys

Poor service and a definite lack of communication. Simple oil change and tire rotation was scheduled with expected wait time of one hour quoted. Year make model and engine information all provided while scheduling. After an hour and a half, I asked for an update… 15 minutes later I was told that they were waiting on an oil filter. No effort on their part to explain the delay or reason for the delay. I had to seek out the information. When talking with the scheduling person I had expressly stated that I had a time constraint and was assured that I would be out in plenty of time. I would have easily been able to schedule a different day if there was any concern on their part. I updated my rating based on promise on their part that future visits would be better. I have used their services in the past with a different vehicle and had wonderful service.

I thought this was important to share. I happened to be in the Indianapolis area for the weekend (from PA) and I plan to buy a car in the near future. I was considering Mazda and had some time to browse the dealership. The salesman, Roger, promptly came out, greeted us and spent time showing us any model we were interested in and answered any questions possible. We did explain to him that we weren’t in the position to buy a car that day and we didn’t want to waste his time. This did not change Rogers customer care. He continued to show us options and provide information. I dearly wish that I was able to buy a car that day, but sadly I was only in the area for the day. I will be choosing Mazda because of Roger and believe that he deserves to know that he provided the best customer service possible!
