I just had my 2016 CX-5 serviced at Tom Roush. They are always thorough and are so nice to me. I appreciate all of the people who look out for my needs and safety. Since I don't usually see the mechanics, I want them to know how much I appreciate them too. They always wash my car too and this time they wiped it all down too. It still looks new. Scott B. told me it would take 1 hour. It took 1 hour. The replacement battery had a seriously good warranty, and full replacement was free of cost. Promises & warranty fulfilled.

When I went to look at the truck it was cold windy and rainy. I tried to look it over the best I could, looking for scratches and dents. Due to rain drops and weather I couldn’t really examine it that well. One thing that was obvious was the hood needed fixing. They said they would fix that, and it should only take a couple days. I traded in 2 vehicles plus added a significant amount of cash and purchased the truck. They kept the truck and gave me a loaner. After 3 weeks, the truck was finally fixed. When I went to pick it up, it was all cleaned up and ready. I did a walk around and noticed all kinds of little scratches and dents all over. I also noticed the back half of the truck was a different shade than the front, most likely from an accident repair I wasn’t told of. I would have never went through with the purchase had I seen all these things before. Maybe it was my fault because I didn’t say anything, but I thought I couldn’t really say much because I made the purchase already and it was over 3 weeks ago. Although they were very nice, in the end I just am not happy with the purchase that I paid way too much for.

I want to thank Tom and the entire staff at Roush for the exceptional service I have received thus far. I came in looking for a mint, used 2017 Continental and I’ve been treated with nothing but the upmost respect from Tom and, for once, I felt like I’ve worked with somebody that didn’t put any pressure on me as I went through the process (not to mention how perfectly kept this continental with 5000 miles wise). Tom and his manager have been helpful from the beginning and I’m very excited to be buying a car my first Lincoln from this dealer. The timing made it such that it was difficult for me to get to the dealer on the day that I wanted to perform the transaction and the staff accommodated me perfectly so that I can get the transaction done smoothly and around my travel schedule.
