Highly recommend! Great experience at Tom Roush Mazda! AJ helped me trade in my old ride for a new CX9 Signature! My Wife actually loves it! Moe was really helpful giving me options on long term coverage and made it affordable! At the end of the day Ive owned many vehicles and the fact is they all break down at some point, its not a matter of if, but when. Having extended warranty coverage while your making payments is the only smart way to buy any vehicle in my humble opinion. I’ll be back for my next vehicle at Roush!

I had just been in an accident when I found Tom Roush's group and to say I'm happy I landed here is an understatement. My husband and I were both in the market for cars and had a unique financial situation. Walking into a dealership can be intimidating as a woman, and were met with nothing but respect and genuine support. Our salesman, Lee Wildermuth, was incredible. He listened to what we needed and came up with several options to get is what we needed. There was no stereotypical sales behavior whatsoever, as Lee treated us like we'd been long time customers he'd known forever. I couldn't imagine going through this process without Lee in our corner. Lee, AJ and Brad worked TIRELESSLY to make things work for us on the financial end, allowing us to have cars we love. I am forever grateful to this team and will be back for any car buying needs. 1000% recommend!

This place is full of dirty crooks. Both in the purchasing area, and back in service. Stay far away from here, and go somewhere else. Edit because of reply: yes, this review was written before the refund was done because of how the service provider acted. Plus, there's been several other issues with the service providers with BOTH our cars. However, you're still dirty crooks. Lol. We bought the car from you guys and you tried to screw us over. AJ (the owner/owners son) is the one who came and tried to make things right as best he could, but a lot of the damage was already done. So my comment still stands. You are NOT honest people.

We've had lousy experiences at several dealerships in the area, but all that changed when we went to Tom Roush. No pushy salespeople. No hidden "etch fees" or "advertising fees". Chris, our salesperson, had the car pulled up under the awning and detailed prior to our arrival. The financing was quick and easy. AJ, the finance manger, made everything crystal clear and didn't push us into adding anything we declined. We arrived with a trade in and within about an hour we drove out with a new car. This is how car buying should be.
