Moe was really helpful giving me options on long term coverage and made it affordable! At the end of the day Ive owned many vehicles and the fact is they all break down at some point, its not a matter of if, but when. Typically the process of buying a car can make you lose the will to live. There's the pressure, the little awkward finance room, the negotiating, the hours spent. Not here! First time at Tom Roush yesterday, and it will not be our last! The sales staff were relaxed, offered me to take the car for a few hours (even with inventory low), super helpful and knowledgeable. Pete knew his stuff and helped us make the right selection for our family. I went back and forth tons, and he was truly nice & patient. We never once felt pressured and today feel confident in the Mazda we chose. I have to say Moe, the finance manager was just great! That part of buying a car is usually the longest most drawn out & sometimes uncomfortable. He was So respectful of our time. He was knowledgeable and shared the info he needed to with us, but again we felt no pressure, and were in and out! Overall, the best car buying experience we've had.

When I came 45 miles out of my way to test drive a car that had literally just been sold, I was bummed...especially because that had happened to me just two days prior! <cue the harp music> Enter Becky. She was just the sales consultant I needed, and she was able to look outside the box, crunch some numbers, and I ended up with a more fully loaded, newer vehicle than I was going there to buy in the first place! Then, finance king Moe helped me understand a lot more about the financing process, and he ended up saving me thousands of dollars over the course of a shady loan that was offered to me by my bank (very low APR but had tons of hidden fees that would have made my payment more expensive than his loan with the slightly higher interest rate). His office was also very well sanitized—different baskets for used and unused pens, cleaning supplies readily available—which in these COVID times, is important. They both were most happy to stay with me way past closing to finish the deal, and when I noticed something a couple days later, all it took was a text message to Becky to rectify it immediately. Oh, and they gave me a great deal on my trade! Two thumbs WAY up to Tom Roush staff!
