Went here a few months ago, test drove a vehicle and expressed that I wanted to buy, but had a few months left of payment on my current vehicle. Asked what paperwork or information I needed to bring in for our appointment the next day, and I was told no need to bring anything. Came in for my appointment the next afternoon, and the initial salesman had me work with a different salesman bc he was selling a car to someone he met earlier that week. The new salesman, Roger, was amazing! I told him that I’d like to purchase, and asked about my current vehicle; he listed all of the documentation that was needed. I feel that I wasn’t taken seriously, bc why would I be told nothing needed the first time? I work long days and work an hour away, so my valuable time was wasted. I planned to walk out with a new vehicle that night. I went to another dealership and bought a brand new 2025 SUV. If I’d worked with Roger from the start, I’m sure my experience would’ve been different. But it is what it is!

I thought this was important to share. I happened to be in the Indianapolis area for the weekend (from PA) and I plan to buy a car in the near future. I was considering Mazda and had some time to browse the dealership. The salesman, Roger, promptly came out, greeted us and spent time showing us any model we were interested in and answered any questions possible. We did explain to him that we weren’t in the position to buy a car that day and we didn’t want to waste his time. This did not change Rogers customer care. He continued to show us options and provide information. I dearly wish that I was able to buy a car that day, but sadly I was only in the area for the day. I will be choosing Mazda because of Roger and believe that he deserves to know that he provided the best customer service possible!

Roger P. was my salesperson and he was absolutely fantastic-he went through and showed me every feature inside the car (which was loaded with TONS of stuff compared to my older vehicle!). Couldn’t be happy with our sales person, Roger and sales a manager, I believe his name was Jim. The sales manger made sure we had whatever was available to us as far as incentives for the month of June before we were ready to sign the deal. Something we were not aware of at the time. He made sure we were and that saved us additional dollars. Would definitely encourage anyone looking for a car to look at Tom Roush dealership before buying a new car.
