This was my first experience purchasing a Mazda and working with Tom Roush. After looking at other dealer locations, I settled on the Tom Roush facility for three primary reasons. 1. They had a decent stock selection of the vehicle I wanted 2. The Tom Roush Mazda dealership is within my community and I felt a sense of loyalty during these tough times to support a local business. 3. Had an amazing experience here. We had been to a few different new car dealers today and we knew what we were looking for or at least what we wanted. We have great credit so we didn’t want to be pressured in to a credit app without knowing what kind of deal we were gonna get and they provided us with all we wanted. After the lackadaisical sales people at the Chevy dealer and no hope to try and make the sale we stopped in to Tom Roush and were quickly greeted by Lee. He was no BS he showed us what we wanted and the differences in the options. He swiftly brought up our new CX-9 and let us zoom zoom! He never made us uncomfortable, was never worried about our credit, and he never left us hanging like all the other places we went where our sales guy disappeared many of times. We drive it loved it and he came with the deals. We had 2 trades and some negative equity, but he fought to get our deal in our budget. We got everything we needed and they quickly got us through finance with Tarek who was also a good time. The longest we waited was for the detailer. But they cleaned it up real nice filled our tank up. We feel like we got a great deal with a 10 year warranty and free washes for life! This was our first brand new car purchase and they really took care of us. I loved the showroom set up very casual comfortable atmosphere. Thanks guys

I had one of the easiest and best car buying experience over the past week at this dealership. Started with asking for out the door pricing thru email, that was given without hassle. Went on to working with Lee at the dealership, and Chris in the finance department. No pressure selling from car standpoint, or from finance with up sells for extended warranties (options were given if wanted but not forced into the deal.) I live an hour away, but felt after going to other dealers (different brands,) this trip was well worth the time. If you don't like playing the games that some dealerships want to play, I strongly recommend going here.

I've been to Tom Roush Mazda five times total, shopping for two different vehicles. Every time I work with the salesman Lee because he makes my shopping experience much more stress-free. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and not "salesy". He is considerate and flexible (a good teacher) when he can be, but straight forward when it matters. The facility is very clean and accommodating. It's unfortunately a little complicated to get to due to the new highway changes, but my GPS got me there perfectly. I've had my Mazda 3 for almost 4 years now, and only experienced 2 cosmetic issues, which were covered by the standard warranty 100%. And I have been very happy with it overall.
