He made sure to walk me through all the new things/buttons on the car I wasn’t used to. Mike Heir is the guy! He worked with us to get a great deal. My wife and I are not quick decision makers at all. He stayed with us about 30 minutes after the lot closed on a Tuesday afternoon, let us take a car home for an overnight test drive, then came in Wednesday morning on his day off to finish the deal... a deal that originally was only going to be one car but became two cars overnight as there was also a car on the lot that my wife really liked! A couple of hours later, my wife and I drove away with a 2015 Ford Fusion and a 2015 Ford Escape. Mike has been in touch several times just to check on us and make sure we are happy. I would highly recommend Tom Roush!
