I’m sure most of you know the term “used car salesman”, this is not how anyone is at Mazda in Westfield. Our sales associate Jordan Brown helped us pick out our new CX 5. During the process we sent text and emails with our questions. If Jordan was with customers and couldn’t get back to us within several hours, then the GM sent us an email answering the questions. Every single person at Mazda that we came into contact with was honest, open and not at all pushy. WOW how nice to find a Dealer with these attributes. Even after we purchased our car, I forgot how to work some features and Jordan got in the car with me and went over them again. We had a great experience and will definitely recommend Tom Roush Mazda! Cindy and Bob

I want to share an excellent experience I had with an employee of Roush Mazda in Westfield, IN, last week. I was having trouble with my Apple Carplay disconnecting while I was driving. After trying everything I could including reading the manual, watching You Tube videos on the subject, and consulting two car aficionados I know, I decided to go to Roush Mazda and see if a salesman could help me. I remember when I bought my Mazda 5 in 2019, the salesman showed me how to use car play. Figured if anyone might know how to help me, it would be a salesman. Once hearing i needed help, Ryan Labellarte offered his time. I admitted why I was there and had no intention of buying a car, but he gladly listened to my problem. I explained I was leaving on a road trip by myself and I didn't feel safe with this problem occurring. Being 71 year old woman, who is not tech savvy, he had to take time to explain basic things while trying to resolve my problem. After 45 minutes with me, he did figure out the issue --- an issue with Siri. It was obviously not an easy task to diagnosis this problem. He was nothing but patient, kind, not patronizing, and was clearly interested in helping this clueless woman, I couldn't thank him enough; he just told me to have a good and safe trip. WOW! Most salesman would have been thinking "I could be selling a car" and thus give up and excuse himself. Not Ryan. He was determined to help me despite the time it was taking. This young man is destined to be successful. He is quite intelligent and cares about the customer. Tom Roush is lucky to have him on their staff! My next Mazda will be purchased from Ryan Labellarte!

After a rocky start to my first service appointment there on my Mazda 3, I was able to get a new battery covered by the 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. I will give them a second chance to make a first impression as the Westfield location is most convenient, and I look forward to a respectful, professional relationship.

A little background: I lost my car in a freak accident with a racoon somehow caused my hybrid to catch on fire and I was out of a car for over 2 months. I spent a few weeks shopping for a new vehicle, and I decided to get a used Honda. I saw a few Accords but the one I saw at Tom Roush Westfield's used car lot was not only pretty clean looking, but it was convenient (I was working up the street at the time). I went to buy the vehicle and the staff was actually very accommodating and friendly. I was over not having a vehicle at this point, so I didn't do what I needed to do. Test the brakes, ask about the tires and features, etc. I drove it around the block and said, "okay this is great!" I got the car and drove off. What I didn't realize at this point was the brakes and tires had not been changed. The rear-view camera was damaged. The shroud over the front driver's side tire was torn which made the shroud break. The shroud breaking made the bumper loose as they're all clipped together. My wife drove the car once and very slightly scraped over a concrete barrier and the entire bumper tore off. Since then, even minor inclines or bumps that wouldn't be an issue now are, as the bumper sags even after being reattached. So why review this business two years later? I work from home and I decided to look for work outside of the house and guess who has to drive this $23,000 headache? I never even received my 2nd key I was promised they'd look for. At this point, it's moot but I feel like every experience should be catalogued.

After having a terrible experience at another dealership I came to Tom Roush in Westfield a bit broken and leary of car sales but had to do it. Let me tell you how absolutely wonderful this team is!!! They make you feel at home, no pressure, are honest and will patiently answer every question you have. They truly care about their clients. My faith is restored. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! Ever. I wish I could give them 100 stars. I have less that perfect credit but they worked some magic and got me in a gorgeous 2017 GMC Terrain (and not the swich-a-roo base model). Also purchased a very affordable but robust 3 year warranty while keeping payments realistic. Thank you all so much! Have you ever been so relived and happy with a car buying experience that you actually hug your salesman? I DID!

If you are looking to buy a new SUV: Go to Tom Roush Mazda and try a CX5. We've been driving Honda CRVs for years, and Mazda's doing SUVs as good or better than Honda (and the CX5's are just way cooler, IMO). And if you're thinking about a Nissan, go in and ask for Andre Kennedy. He was our sales agent for the CX5, and is so good he's been promoted to manage the Nissan operation at Tom Roush in Westfield. We are not certain if he ever sleeps. If you get any other vehicle, people might cover it with Post-It notes, and you don't want that to happen.

My salesman (Brandon Wiitala) was helpful, courteous, and always had a smile. Brandon and the sales manager Jim were unbelievably warm and welcoming throughout my tirade of questions. This was my first car purchase from a dealership, and I loved every minute of it except the time spent back in the finance office. The finance employee was a bit rude and stand-offish throughout my questions regarding the documentation I was signing. The finance employee acted visibly frustrated that I wanted to take the time to read the legal contracts the employee had asked me to sign. The finance employee’s attitude was less than pleasant from then on. If it hadn't been for the incredible level of customer service from the rest of the staff and the great inventory at Tom Roush in Westfield, I would have left without buying. Granted, I did ask way more questions than most would throughout the process. It was my first car loan. I was nervous. It does not excuse the attitude with which those finance questions were approached. At one point, the finance employee actually said "That’s not important. It has never come up before, you'll be fine." I was asking a question about how a legal dispute would be handled. If it wasn’t important, it wouldn’t be in the contract. Overall, a phenomenal experience with the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Tom Roush Mazda in Westfield. Their sales staff and sales manager are personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a no pressure environment with a focus on relationship building and trust. It was great. I'll buy my next Mazda here.
