Fillip Beyl was great and very helpful. The finance manager was your standard finance manager and I am sure he did exactly what you wanted and got me to buy the overprice protection plan and talked me out ot taking the 2.9% for 60 months from Mazda and into taking $2500 at 5.64% for 72 months from CapitalOne which will cost me over $1000 in extra interest. I am sure you will get your kickback from the bank. He played the standard monthly payment trick and I was too dumb to ask for the out the door price. The car was not a bad price, same as all the other dealers. Next time I will just go to a local dealer or try buying it off the internet.

Let me tell you how absolutely wonderful this team is!!! They make you feel at home, no pressure, are honest and will patiently answer every question you have. They truly care about their clients. I have less that perfect credit but they worked some magic and got me in a gorgeous 2017 GMC Terrain (and not the swich-a-roo base model). Typically the process of buying a car can make you lose the will to live. There's the pressure, the little awkward finance room, the negotiating, the hours spent. Not here! First time at Tom Roush yesterday, and it will not be our last! The sales staff were relaxed, offered me to take the car for a few hours (even with inventory low), super helpful and knowledgeable. Pete knew his stuff and helped us make the right selection for our family. I went back and forth tons, and he was truly nice & patient. We never once felt pressured and today feel confident in the Mazda we chose. I have to say Moe, the finance manager was just great! That part of buying a car is usually the longest most drawn out & sometimes uncomfortable. He was So respectful of our time. He was knowledgeable and shared the info he needed to with us, but again we felt no pressure, and were in and out! Overall, the best car buying experience we've had.

Not sure how I feel. My firat experience was a good one. A year later my experience was mixed. Never have I bought a car where I was so pressured to buy EXTRA's (gap insurance, rim insurance etc.) Not so sure the finance department is honest by any means.

He knows his inventory and he figures out your needs in order to find your dream car focusing on the budget you have set. Purchasing a car is the easy part to this transaction though. In the nine years I have done business with Tom Roush, the servicing of your car is always a positive experience. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The facility is exceptionally clean. I would recommend doing business with this dealership and especially Brent!

Tim was great to work with. Yes, they wanted to make a sale, that's their job. However, the difference to me, versus other dealerships I've worked with in the past, was that they actually seemed to care about us after the deal was done. Whether it's genuine customer service, or all part of the post-sales "act", both Tim, the sales manager, and our F&I guy wanted to make sure everything was clear for us; and that they wanted our business down the road. So to them, it was important to make sure this experience was great. I'd definitely give them a shot at my business again. One thing to note, be very clear on what your expectations are. I didn't have a lot of time to spend haggling, going over trade, APR, etc... I just told them point-blank I have great credit, expect a fair deal, and know what I can get from the banks, etc... They were very up front with me about how the work everything and did actually beat my bank's rate.
