It's been a while since we have purchased a car and we went in figuring it was going to be a painful experience. That couldn't be further from the truth. Rayshawn and Freddy were respectful and made the entire process from start to finish easy and transparent and it was a relief. We will be back when our next car needs replaced. In our 50 some years of buying vehicles, this has been our best experience! We had a unique situation and have to admit we were a bit high maintenance, but Eric accommodated us and treated us very well. We were in a situation where trust could be taken advantage of and it wasn’t at all! Although we worked through Eric directly, we found all the staff to be transparent and informative. This dealership is authentic!

Nice try. Someone from the dealership commented on my previous review, and basically lied. First, look at Yelp reviews, which give a different picture than the inflated reviews here (2.7). I wonder what you bribed people with to get good Google reviews. No, you DID NOT CONTACT ME DAILY, as you state in your reply to my review. The dealership only called me once....I had to initiate contact each and every time WHEN YOU DID NOT CALL BACK. Always with an excuse, but you only called once. This, after receiving a down payment on a vehicle. Mazda, when I contacted them, had a very different story, yet you perpetuate the lies. The only reason the process stopped is because you failed to contact me, for days. We literally put a down payment, and submitted the paperwork. Happy to share my iPhone screen shot of calls, incoming and out going and emails. The only thing correct in their response, is we are enjoying the vehicle we purchased elsewhere.

We never want a customer to leave and feel the way you do and we do apologize that we failed to meet your expectations and there is no benefit to us here for a customer not to do business with us. We are the oldest Mazda dealer in the region and 5th in the nation so our reputation with Mazda is excellent and were awarded gold cup status. Yelp is also a paid service that we have not subscribed to in several years and we would never "bribe" anyone for a review. The many YouTube videos I watched to learn how not to get ripped off had me very suspicious and skeptical going into meet Larry about purchasing an automobile. He proved he and the dealership were nothing like the internet warns of. The interactions were straightforward, clear, transparent, and never uncovered any "gotchas"! I drove away with confidence. Highly recommend Larry and the dealership to anyone who would rather be in a dental chair than buying a car.

Very good experience - CX5 had some nuisance issues with tire pressure and HVAC buttons. Service team called within 45 min of receiving car that both issues were minor and charged 1 hr service fee. No issues and reliability of CX5 has been very good after 110K miles.

As usual, the service at Tom roush Mazda was excellent! Yvonne and Scott kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle. When it ran a little long, they made sure to let me know that they could provide a loaner car if I needed to go to an appointment since it was unexpectedly taking a little longer. Of course Jim Skinner, the sales manager, checked on me as well to make sure I was completely comfortable in the waiting area and asked how our 3(!) Mazdas were doing! If you've not purchased a car here, you should definitely give them a try!! They treat you like family!

In one word, painless. In more detail, this is the fourth Mazda we've purchased from Tom Roush Mazda. And as I'm writing this comment I'm sitting in their waiting room about to buy my fifth We trust the dealership, but to be honest our salesman is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Lee Wildermuth knows his Mazdas. We also feel he looks out for all parties involved. We have never felt like we got the ahort end of the stick. Great dealership, fantastic salesman.
