I just had my 2016 CX-5 serviced at Tom Roush. They are always thorough and are so nice to me. I appreciate all of the people who look out for my needs and safety. Since I don't usually see the mechanics, I want them to know how much I appreciate them too. They always wash my car too and this time they wiped it all down too. It still looks new. This past September, I purchased a new cx-9. I actually did not buy it from Tom Roush due to another dealer luckily having what I wanted. However, I am using Tom Roush for service. I can only say I’m very impressed. The first service was reasonably priced and straightforward. The staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed the video update of my car’s service, and I waited very little in the pleasant and stocked waiting area. This my family’s first Mazda, and the service dept makes you feel like you own something special.

Had been there in November looking at Miatas. Wanted to order 2020 Miata, so they said come back in January. Went by today at 5 o’clock and stood by as well as sat in the Miata on the showroom floor, for almost 30 minutes. Totally ignored. No one even said “hello” or “we are busy and will be with you in a few minutes.”

The service and service adviser were fantastic, efficient, and just as promised. Although the car wash was a nice gesture, it appeared it was sprayed down with a hose and squeegeed off on the auto finish, you could skip that next time or actually use soap.... over all, very satisfied.

Never dread taking my car in for service as everyone is very helpful and it is a comfortable wait. The only things I might change would be the free car wash, of which mostly just rinses the dust off and then it drips dry so water spots usually appear. Either improve it or remove it from the service. I was given a Crew car wash coupon which was appreciated. The other thing would be to ensure the mechanics use covers over their dirty shoes/boots when doing work inside of the car to avoid leaving dirty greasy marks on the interior. The service specifically has always been more than adequate, though. Thank you!

The display room is impressive, modern, and very nice. We were greeted immediately by a knowledgeable sales rep and guided towards a model that was right for us. We were given the opportunity to test drive as many cars as we wanted and every question was answered professionally with good advice, as I haven't bought a new car in years this was important. The selection was good and the dealer was willing to work with us to help us find a price point that felt comfortable. Subsequent visits have proven to be just as reliable, with a sales associate always greeting us right away and helping with any questions or financial concerns.
