After a rocky start to my first service appointment there on my Mazda 3, I was able to get a new battery covered by the 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. I will give them a second chance to make a first impression as the Westfield location is most convenient, and I look forward to a respectful, professional relationship.

The salesman I purchased my used Mazda from was very kind and professional, made the whole experience enjoyable. However, I was not provided the service record of the vehicle despite it being a 2018. The tires, brake pads, rotors, and battery were all OEM stock, and around the 3-4 year mark, starting to wear out. Around $1,000 of maintenance just a few months into owning the vehicle was not fun. Always be sure to thoroughly, and I mean THOROUGHLY inspect the vehicle either yourself or take it to a mechanic shop. Always be adamant about seeing the service record before purchase My used vehicle didn’t come with a Jack stand, lug nut wrench, or spare tire. Took approximately 2 months for them to those to me. They told me they’d give me a detailed history of the vehicles service record. Even after following up over the phone multiple times, and being told it was sent out, still haven’t seen it. Sometimes they’re the cheapest option for certain repairs, like brake/rotor replacement, that’s the only time I’ll go to them for service.

Not sure how I feel. My firat experience was a good one. A year later my experience was mixed. Never have I bought a car where I was so pressured to buy EXTRA's (gap insurance, rim insurance etc.) Not so sure the finance department is honest by any means.

Not very friendly staff... I own 3 Lincoln vehicles, went car shopping and NO HELP...that's what I wrote, no help. Not 1 salesperson came up to me to close the deal.

I found my new vehicle online and was at the dealership first thing on Memorial Day morning. We went for a test drive and the vehicle was everything I expected and much more. My salesman, Roger, was excellent and knowledgeable. All of the paperwork went smoothly and I drove away the proud owner of an MKC.

Bought my Mazda 6 2012 from them in Apr 2012. Was happy with Jim who gave me a good quote. Had a couple of minor issues with the car under warranty and they were serviced without issues. once i was out of warranty, the service department started pushing for maintenance work at 35K which when i researched were not due until 60K and it cost me $900. Had an issue with my tail light blowing up repeatedly and was charged $300 to diagnose and "fix" the issues and was given a 12 month/12,000 mile guarantee for the work. Guess what, have the same issue within a week and a $200 charge for diagnosing the issue again and another $200 to fix. When asked why I was charged again, i was told that the issue was not found the first time and only the symptom was fixed and so i have to pay again to fix the root cause. So why give guarantee and charge me in the first place? Strongly suggest that if you buy a car here because you get a good price, then look somewhere else for any service issue if you are out of warranty as they do not seem to be experts in fixing issues but coming up with fancy words to charge you for repeatedly.
