Had a fantastic experience buying my used Mazda here. Everyone was extremely friendly and quick to answer questions. Did a great job of keeping in contact but also didn’t harass you like other dealerships. The finance team was quick but thorough. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish my car was detailed a bit better when it came to purchase day. I had to go through and re-clean a few areas that were missed which is slightly disappointing when buying a car from a dealership. I genuinely enjoyed the experience overall, just wish I would have thoroughly checked before I drove the car off the lot.

Overall good experience… I would still recommend however I would haven given 5 stars if I would have gotten two keys as promised. Instead after the deal was complete they advised it was only one when the tag stated 1of2 that was a little disappointing. Overall the experience went well and was easy and simple. Big shoutout to Garen Gibbs he was very helpful and attentive!!!

Kept me informed on the progress of oil change, although he did a tire rotation (without consulting me) until he was in the middle of it. I had just recently had that done, so he took 16.00 off my bill, but my issue was that I was only there for the oil change.

I've had my car for several months now, so I think it's safe to leave a review. I'm always skeptical of dealerships, but Brent was very helpful and friendly and took the time to answer my questions. The financial representative was also helpful working with me on my down payment and finding a good lienholder for me. Steve the mechanic was awesome. He put two cars on the lift for me so I could check them out underneath, and with the sales rep standing nearby told me frankly, candidly, and honestly what he liked or didn't like about each car. I will happily shop here again, and as an insurance agent I send my customers here as well. The only reason I took off a star is because when trading in my car I had to haggle a little to get it to the price I wanted for a trade in. They justified lowering it because a deer ran into it once, yet they showed me a vehicle with 5 rear end accidents that they were asking 16,000 for. so if its worth that much I think I can get at least 4,000. He did however offer me a little more when I bulked at the original offer, so again, to clarify most of my experience was very positive and they are good to work with. I'll def see them again. Hopefully not in the near future, as I love my new car that I purchased here and hope it last me many many years to come.

I arranged for them to pick my car up for routine service and after a call for fear they forgot about me, Ryan was on his way. The turn around was quick. Scott was my service advisor. Communication from both was good. I did have to swing by the next morning because I was having trouble getting a new phone to work with Android Auto. I was in and out. Thanks Tom Roush!

I surprised myself by going back to Tom Roush as I had a bad experience with a used car purchase a few years ago (they claimed "full service" had been done on the used car but it turned out not to be the case). The new car sales experience was very good - the sales person was very friendly, helpful and genuine. The car purchase was my daughter's first car and Larry was very patient & knowledgeable as he explained the car's many features. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of how long it took to get me out of the dealership after agreeing to the purchase. I realize there's a fair amount of paperwork involved but we waited over an hour before I was able to sit with the business manager. Even though I had specifically requested to not sit through the extended maintenance presentation, they presented it anyway - thus wasting both my time and theirs. The business manager said they must present the extended warranty in order to follow state law. That's unfortunate. FYI - This dealership also claims to apply a wax treatment to its cars and tacks on an add'l $299 to the MSRP for it. It reminds me of the "TruCoat" charge from the movie Fargo. Overall though, I'd buy consider buying from them again.

I used to go to Hubler Mazda until they messed me over. Tom Rouse Mazda so far was very good. I went in just for an oil change to pay 189. For a VIP membership. I still am not sure about what it is. Even, after asking. I paid for a wheel alignment that I didn't ask for. It honestly doesn't bother me. It's just money. So, I'm not complaining. Men's bathroom was clean, a clean play, well lit, everything was plainly named. Very nice staff. Lots of sitting. Soda machine and snack machine on site. I would recommend going here and I will be going back.

The service and service adviser were fantastic, efficient, and just as promised. Although the car wash was a nice gesture, it appeared it was sprayed down with a hose and squeegeed off on the auto finish, you could skip that next time or actually use soap.... over all, very satisfied.

My salesman (Brandon Wiitala) was helpful, courteous, and always had a smile. Brandon and the sales manager Jim were unbelievably warm and welcoming throughout my tirade of questions. This was my first car purchase from a dealership, and I loved every minute of it except the time spent back in the finance office. The finance employee was a bit rude and stand-offish throughout my questions regarding the documentation I was signing. The finance employee acted visibly frustrated that I wanted to take the time to read the legal contracts the employee had asked me to sign. The finance employee’s attitude was less than pleasant from then on. If it hadn't been for the incredible level of customer service from the rest of the staff and the great inventory at Tom Roush in Westfield, I would have left without buying. Granted, I did ask way more questions than most would throughout the process. It was my first car loan. I was nervous. It does not excuse the attitude with which those finance questions were approached. At one point, the finance employee actually said "That’s not important. It has never come up before, you'll be fine." I was asking a question about how a legal dispute would be handled. If it wasn’t important, it wouldn’t be in the contract. Overall, a phenomenal experience with the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Tom Roush Mazda in Westfield. Their sales staff and sales manager are personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a no pressure environment with a focus on relationship building and trust. It was great. I'll buy my next Mazda here.

I had a wonderful car buying experience. The car speaks for itself and the salesman Jim Barbour told me that and left me alone. I came back to request him because my car was that good and stood out against the competition. Before I continue, I want to say that I love my Mazda. I have a 2015 mazda 3 and it has been a pleasure to drive. I finally had to pay the piper for the 60k maintenance(btw the extended warranty is a money grab because the car was built that well). It was $750. Parts were 370ish total and the labor around 410. It was $95 labor per job. The quote was accurate. While I trust the tech and appreciate the experience, I feel it was a bit pricey. I am out of warranty and will not be returning to get service from the dealer, but they were professional and seemed to care about the brand, quality of service, and were knowledgeable about the car. I would recommend mazda cars and as of this moment plan of buying another one in the years to come.

Initially, I had a sales rep that I felt was not in my best interest of purchasing the vehicle that I was interested at a price that I was comfortable paying. So that caused me to turn away from Tom Roush for a couple weeks. Then I decided to call back to get another quote and was introduced to a much more friendly and passionate sales rep, Lance as well as Marc. Lance made my car buying experience a fun and easy one! We had the benefit of being able to compare some other brand used cars that were also on the lot. They were ones that we had also considered purchasing, but when we checked them out this time, it became apparent that they really weren't going to fulfill what we needed. Fortunately there were several models of the CX-5 vehicles available. Our salesman, Jim Barbour, was able to suggest one that he thought would be a good choice. We were able to test drive it and also take our grandson along to see if there was enough room for him too. This had become one of the issues that was driving our desire to change vehicles. This model had most of the features we were looking for and was priced at an affordable level.

The folks at TRLM were not the typical pushy salesmen. It was a relaxed experience, with no pressure and easy to understand transaction. It moved at my pace. I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like I was being ignored or strung along. It kind of felt like I was dealing with my brothers. I felt they were honest with me and I was able to be honest with them. I told them what I needed and they did everything they could to get me exactly that. Very good experience.
