Needed a newer car in a hurry in July 2025. Freddy D helped me but now looking back, only having the car for 6 months, there are transmission issues and a bad battery. This was my first experience with this dealership and I feel like I got burned. Will not buy another from them.

Ryan and Fillip are excellent professional account reps. Scott the Sales Manager..was very professional and personal. This was the second car my family has purchased from Roush in 6 months. I have purchased 50 motorcycles and probably 30 cars in my life..so I know excellent when I see it. Do yourself a favor and go see these folks.

Great experience. Fast and efficient. Just a note that you can't drop off after hours. We went around 9:30 PM to drop the car off the night before, but the gate was locked and there was no access to the dealership.

Periodic oil change and tire rotation were performed while I waited. It took about one hour. The technician sent a video of the brakes and tire measurement, which indicated no problems. I appreciated this. Checkout went smoothly. When I am ready to replace my 2020 Mazda CX5, this is the first dealer I will visit.

Excellent customer service from the service team- Scott, the manager, in particular. We did not buy our Mazda at this dealership but the dealership we bought our CX5 from told us we had to take it to a Mazda dealership. Tom Rousch had to keep it longer than expected so to make it convenient for us they gave us a loaner car until they could resolve the problem. Great customer service and there’s a reason why this dealership has 4.8 star reviews!

After a 10-month search, I was grateful to find Tom Roush Mazda and sales consultant Mike Spear. From the first interaction until we drove the car off the lot, Mike handled everything with professionalism and care. It was refreshing to interact with a dealership and salesman who still go the extra mile for customers. Mike made the purchase easy, and every individual we interacted with from management to finance did too. After spending hours online and on car lots and in test drives since last February, we have found our dealership and will be back when we are ready to add another vehicle to the family fleet.

Hi, I recently bought my first car here! Supposed to be exciting for me right? Wrong. I bought the car off their used lot, it is a 2019 BMW 540ix with 61k miles on it, said all services were good, well taken care off. Me and my boyfriend hate auto start/stop so we started turning that off when driving and immediately noticed it idled a little rough, but could just be engine mounts going bad. I, not even after a month of having it, had a misfire code for cylinder 5. I changed the spark plugs and swapped coils around thinking nothing of it, code pops up again a week and a half later, cylinder 5 misfires again. My boyfriend decided to do a compression test to the cylinders and cylinder 5 wasn’t holding compression. I immediately try and contact the dealer and get voicemail every day for two weeks. I have damaged/burnt valves, something I could not have POSSIBLY CAUSED in the one month driving this car, let alone the first week when I noticed. The dealer finally called me back to tell me they were going to do nothing for me. I am now stuck with a $5,300 bill as a 23y/o who saved up all year working full time overnights in a hospital and weekends waitressing, while being a college student in nursing. Needless to say this has been the worst experience of my life and I have cried consistently for the past month due to stress of not having a vehicle and stress over how much this is going to cost and how I can work, things I should worry about for not even having this car for two months. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I hope that all the people here who refused to answer my calls (and no I was not rude, I was just very hopeful that they would potentially help me out) or help me in any way, get their karma.

I came in today to purchase a key for my 2014 mazda 3. I was expecting to spend $200-300, but the price was nearly $500 out the door not including tax. I definitely was a little price shocked, but i understand that the parts and service department do not set the pricing so I went ahead and decided to proceed with the sale. This is when I met their service advisor Jon Shreve. He asked if I had my original key, and he proceeded to take it apart and bend a couple of pins back into place, and the fob worked perfectly. Integrity such as this is rare in today's world, and I truly appreciate both Jon putting the customer first, and the culture that has been established at Tom Rouch Mazda that allows for this. Most service departments would have just proceeded to make the $500 sale and not make any impact on my day. I can say that I've never been to this dealership before and I live an hour away. But I do own a local business that employs roughly 70 people and not only will I make it a point to make sure that I spend my money here in the future, I will encourage my team members to do business with a company that shares our core values! Thanks, again, Jon for being a man of integrity. If anyone is debating on buying your next vehicle, or having your vehicle serviced do it here they have earned it, and i truly believe they will continue to earn your business in the future!
