My husband and I purchased a car with the help of Marvin and it was easily the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. Marvin was so nice and patient with us while we ironed out what we wanted. He answered our questions with ease but also gave us space to talk about it and look over the car privately. The manager was extremely helpful and kind as well. They allowed me to come in early so I could make a business meeting and they worked me in. They told me it would have me out in about an hour which I was happy with but they had me done in 30 minutes! They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and my car was cleaned! Great experience and great value!

The many YouTube videos I watched to learn how not to get ripped off had me very suspicious and skeptical going into meet Larry about purchasing an automobile. He proved he and the dealership were nothing like the internet warns of. The interactions were straightforward, clear, transparent, and never uncovered any "gotchas"! I drove away with confidence. Highly recommend Larry and the dealership to anyone who would rather be in a dental chair than buying a car.

Larry was an outstanding sales person. Tom Roush has a really good inventory of both new and used cars. That allowed me to buy a Mazda CX-5. There service department is amazing as well. They have completely updated there waiting room with excellent coffee and bottled water. They’re pricing for basic service, which is all I’ve used due to the reliability of the Mazda product is extremely fair.

Great, straight forward buying experience. No games, no last minute add-ons. Several additional products and warranties were explained and offered optionally and at my choice. My sales rep, Pete Reehling, was great at listening and following through, with no pressure. I'm pretty critical, particularly with car dealers, and the 5 stars are genuinely deserved for this Mazda buying experience at Tom Roush.

My wife and I recently purchased two new vehicles at Tom Roush and the experience was excellent all around. Things are crazy in the car market these days, and I'm a picky buyer, so when the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, JT and the team at Tom Roush were able to find me exactly what I wanted on its way from Japan. The global supply chain and logistics problems meant that it took my car more than a month longer to get here than we anticipated, but it was well worth the wait. While other dealers we shopped at were using the current supply problem as a reason to add markups of anywhere from $5k-$15k, we were met with no such games at Tom Roush. It was clear throughout the entire process that they strive to take great care of their customers.

Since this is my car I was the "real" customer and he understood that and worked directly with me. I had one of the easiest and best car buying experience over the past week at this dealership. Started with asking for out the door pricing thru email, that was given without hassle. Went on to working with Lee at the dealership, and Chris in the finance department. No pressure selling from car standpoint, or from finance with up sells for extended warranties (options were given if wanted but not forced into the deal.) I live an hour away, but felt after going to other dealers (different brands,) this trip was well worth the time. If you don't like playing the games that some dealerships want to play, I strongly recommend going here.

We were quite disappointed here. We got there an hour and a half before they closed and they were not interested in giving us a true quote on how much a car would be. They did let us drive a car. However, when we started talking price, all he would give us was a ballpark figure. Even when we asked specific questions all we got was vague, ballpark answers. We went to Penske Honda the next day and bought a car there.

Exceptional customer service experience! They made my purchase flawless and simple throughout each step of the process. The paperwork took less than an hour total. I will definitely be recommending them to others. Brent Cassady is very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, listened to what I wanted, presented many options and made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured or pushed to make a decsion before I was ready. They were very upfront and did not try to upsell unnesccesary items or take advantage. No hidden "extra fees" like many local dealerships. Offered a reasonable price from the start without the back and forth. I got a fair price for my trade in. I received an excellent price on the car I purchased. When comparing cars available on Autotrader and also inventory through the big name dealer complexes that advertise heavily, it wasn't even a close comparrison. The car I purchased has significantly fewer miles, a better trim level and feature package for a much lower price than what other dealerships offered. They provided a clean report and service history on the VIN number. The car is clean, detailed and in excellent condition.There was one tiny minor scratch on the paint I was made aware of otherwise I would not have noticed. I appreciate that detail was disclosed. They went above and beyond assisting with getting window tint set up and an aftermarket accesory I requested. They recommended a reputable auto insurance agent to compare quotes and ensure I was recieiving the best deal. There is a reason they are able to rely on repeat customers and referrals rather than focusing on advertising and marketing efforts. Each member of the staff I worked with had been there for several years and knew what they were doing. It is always a good sign when a dealership has low turnover. I'm a particular person and they met or exceeded each request I made. They treat customers right! Overall great expreience and would highly recommend.

This happened about a year ago. Worst customer service I've ever had. On the advice of the techs, had the control arms replaced. They quoted me a price for the repair, which they subsequently added $250 to when work was completed. When rattling off the final price, Brad literally said "Did I also mention you also needed an alignment? Yeah, you need an alignment, which is an additional $100" (control arm replacements always require an alignment - why the hell wasn't this included in the original price?). Got the car back, was making a host of new sounds (grinding/screeching), and the wheel was now noticeably wobbling when braking. Spent the better part of 1.5 days at Tom Roush dealing with the new problems, being told the whole time that there was no way they were due to the control arm replacement. Ended up taking it to a competent mechanic, who correctly diagnosed the issues, in less than 10 minutes, which had indeed been caused by the sloppy work of Tom Roush staff, then fixed the issues for free. Brad and Matt were trying to charge me at least another $800 to 'fix' my car. Seriously, if you care at all about your time and money, you'll stay the hell away from this awful business.

Best prices on cars you will find. Everything priced at or right below KBB value. I had to buy a new car and had my heart set on a Mazda3. Although the car i had initially came out to see was gone, David Bilby quickly found the next best thing. I am in love with my new(to me) car! I went to over 10 dealerships and test drove well over 20 cars. David was great, not pushy or rude in anyway (which by this point i was getting annoyed with), didn't try to talk me into leasing which every other lot i visited had and answered all my questions. Tariq in finance was also great. The only thing I thought was weird was that the gas was not filled up at all before I left and only had a 1/4 of a tank. I'm sure if I had noticed before I hit the highway and gone back they would've fixed it though. Great Place.
