Periodic oil change and tire rotation were performed while I waited. It took about one hour. The technician sent a video of the brakes and tire measurement, which indicated no problems. I appreciated this. Checkout went smoothly. When I am ready to replace my 2020 Mazda CX5, this is the first dealer I will visit.

I give the Mazda Service Department a 💯 Customer Satisfaction. They alway send me a video after the inspection have been completed and explained all that is needed to keep our vehicles at a 💯. Poor service and a definite lack of communication. Simple oil change and tire rotation was scheduled with expected wait time of one hour quoted. Year make model and engine information all provided while scheduling. After an hour and a half, I asked for an update… 15 minutes later I was told that they were waiting on an oil filter. No effort on their part to explain the delay or reason for the delay. I had to seek out the information. When talking with the scheduling person I had expressly stated that I had a time constraint and was assured that I would be out in plenty of time. I would have easily been able to schedule a different day if there was any concern on their part. I updated my rating based on promise on their part that future visits would be better. I have used their services in the past with a different vehicle and had wonderful service.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Easy check-in. Waited no more than 40 minutes in a nice clean waiting area and they let me know the work was done. I was prepared for a longer wait but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. Easy check out. Will go back for my next service.

Didn't need to wait too long for allignment, rotate, oil change, and new wipers. Excellent service at the area. Definitely coming back for the service of my Mazda from now on because I feel valued. My tech was jon shreve and he was really nice and to the point, the staff seemed concerned for the maintenance of my car and made sure to recommend an alignment for me, since the last visit I did not get one. Super happy with the service, price is a little higher than a 3rd party but I wouldn't bring my baby to any other place than a Mazda dealership.

We took our Ford Edge to Tom Roush Mazda last week for an oil change. They checked the brakes, belts, filters and etc. Our Edge was in bad shape! I'm so glad they did a thorough job, and after the repairs, we will be safe!

This past September, I purchased a new cx-9. I actually did not buy it from Tom Roush due to another dealer luckily having what I wanted. However, I am using Tom Roush for service. I can only say I’m very impressed. The first service was reasonably priced and straightforward. The staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed the video update of my car’s service, and I waited very little in the pleasant and stocked waiting area. This my family’s first Mazda, and the service dept makes you feel like you own something special.

The salesman I purchased my used Mazda from was very kind and professional, made the whole experience enjoyable. However, I was not provided the service record of the vehicle despite it being a 2018. The tires, brake pads, rotors, and battery were all OEM stock, and around the 3-4 year mark, starting to wear out. Around $1,000 of maintenance just a few months into owning the vehicle was not fun. Always be sure to thoroughly, and I mean THOROUGHLY inspect the vehicle either yourself or take it to a mechanic shop. Always be adamant about seeing the service record before purchase My used vehicle didn’t come with a Jack stand, lug nut wrench, or spare tire. Took approximately 2 months for them to those to me. They told me they’d give me a detailed history of the vehicles service record. Even after following up over the phone multiple times, and being told it was sent out, still haven’t seen it. Sometimes they’re the cheapest option for certain repairs, like brake/rotor replacement, that’s the only time I’ll go to them for service.

I see you purchased this vehicle almost a year ago and it is a 2018 model so you are correct that maintenance items such as tires and brakes may need to replaces at this point. I see from your review you felt that these items were all OEM stock and would need replacing down the road. I understand your concerns but all vehicles we offer here have gone through a rigorous inspection and when you purchased the vehicle all maintenance had been completed as required. The pandemic has caused supply chain issues for parts and I am sorry it took longer than you expected to get the replacement spare tire, jack and lug wrench. We value you and if you do have further concerns please call and speak with our pre owned manager Jim to discuss further. Thanks again for being a customer here at Tom Roush and for your feedback.

Not happy with tire balance and rotate that was done that I did not schedule. Scheduled online for oil change only says nothing about tires balance and rotate. Not to mention once I left my wheel shook like crazy had to go back and they said one of my tires was off balance? Hello shouldn't you have seen that the first time not have me drive it and have to come back. No refund offered just put tires back how they was so therefore no balance and rotated really done! A time before this they didn't put antifreeze in during an oil chnage, Causing me to buy some because my car was overheating on 31! Not pleased.

I called in at noon to get an oil change, multi-point inspection and diagnosis on an already known issue. I said upfront I was from out of town and needed to pick up the car by the end of the day, they assured me this wasnt an issue. I was clear that I only wanted an oil change and inspection performed, and didnt want any other issues the car had fixed. After arriving I entered the service department and spoke with a gentleman about my phone conversation. They were familiar and began helping me, then told me my car wouldn't be done until Wednesday. I reiterated that I needed the car back today regardless if they were able to get everything done. Around 2 hours after I left the dealership I call to get an update on my car and they told me it wouldn't be done today. I responded that I definitely needed the car back as I had already mentioned and he said that they would do the oil change and that was all they would be able to get done today. Alright a little disappointing but I can live with it. I arrive around 5:40 to pick up my car from the oil change they said I would be getting. After waiting 10 minutes for the employee to help me, I tell him my name and he then isn't able to find my ticket. After scrambling around for a few minutes they are able to find it. He then tells me that they weren't able to perform the oil change and that the car was still in the service department due to the fact that they didnt know I was picking my car up today. They told me to wait outside the service bay and they would get my car right out. I then watched my car teeter on the lift and then the service employees point at a specific part on my car for around 20 minutes. The service employee I had been speaking with came out and asked if they got my car. I informed him no, I believe they were having trouble with the lift. He went over and then told me they had a issue. The issue they had was the mechanic locked my key in his tool box. That was an obvious lie as they had been struggling with the lift and we heard creaking as I watched my car rock on the lift. After they finally got it on the ground they had been checking out a specific area on my passenger side. Finally they got my car off the lift and I was able to leave. In short, I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection and got nothing but a horrible experience!

I was very disappointed with this dealer. While on a 6,000 mile cross-country road trip I needed a scheduled oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Mazda. Roush could not fit me in the same or next day. I'm learning that the Mazda dealership network is very thin in the center of the country and at least this one not very accomodating.

I used to go to Hubler Mazda until they messed me over. Tom Rouse Mazda so far was very good. I went in just for an oil change to pay 189. For a VIP membership. I still am not sure about what it is. Even, after asking. I paid for a wheel alignment that I didn't ask for. It honestly doesn't bother me. It's just money. So, I'm not complaining. Men's bathroom was clean, a clean play, well lit, everything was plainly named. Very nice staff. Lots of sitting. Soda machine and snack machine on site. I would recommend going here and I will be going back.

Smart Dumb

I bought a used Lincoln from here and it went well. They took $1900 off the 21.9 asking price to get the car down to my 20k budget with no hassle at all. Lifetime oil $30 oil changes and guaranteed loaner cars for service longer than 1.5 hours is fantastic. I took my car in a few months later for some minor warranty work. The parts took weeks longer than expected but they gave me a very nice loaner car and I had it for the entire time my car was in the shop. It takes a lot of stress out knowing you will get a loaner.

During our regular service visit, the service writer suggested that we take care of our 60,000 mile maintenance items. Our car was just over 58,000, but since we hadn't thought of it, the suggestion was helpful. It saved us a trip from the Kokomo area to get it all done at that time. We appreciate that!
