Im not writing this for me nor the team at Tom Roush. Im writing this for you, the person on the hunt for the best deal and the car/experience you deserve. Ive worked hard, just like the rest of you! Buying a new car shouldn't have to be stressful or anxiety ridden. I live in Indy, searched and contacted nearly every dealer in Indianapolis and as far as Cincinnati. My first call was Roush, and my last call was Roush. Believe me when i tell you, dont waste your time thinking you're last call is going to be anyone other than Roush. But do your diligence. Call compare, contrast and get the best price you can. Im telling you, it will be from Roush! For me it was all about the best price. What i came to find out was that it is infact also about the experience. YOU WILL NOT HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE, OR GET A BETTER PRICE ANY WHERE ELSE! If you get the chance to work with Brent Cassady, lucky you! Guys amazing and extremely passionate about what he does. He will not, cannot, hands down refuses to be beaten and will make this venture enjoyable. Im here to tell you as well, while anyone you may deal with over there is going to do the same for you. For background, I contacted a salesman named Brent Cassidy more than a month and a half ago and after getting approved for financing I was ready to move forward; This dealership ghosted me for one and a half months for a vehicle I was already approved for and then called me saturday morning at 7:20 am in telling me that I need to get there by monday morning (i live in texas, 1500 miles away) that they have me approved and wanted to sell me the car, but didnt want someone to snatch it up from me since I applied a month and a half ago. Then i keep contacting them and I find out a lady from kentucky was going to make the drive on monday to purchase the vehicle but did not put a deposit (this dealership only holds vehicles for one day with a non refundable deposit) and the salesman told me they could not hold it for me, keep in mind the drive alone is 20 hours from Texas. In any case, it is unprofessional and scummy for 1. The Other lady who was going to purchase the vehicle, as the dealer is encouraging me to put a deposit to basically prevent her from buying the car with what they had agreed on, and 2. The dealership essentially ignored me for a month and a half then asks me to show up next day from the other side of the country or I will not get the car. I think this dealership is shady and scummy at worst, and deeply unprofessional and incompetent at best. Please buy from them at your own risk, as you are competing for the "privilege" of being a customer; and if deemed inadequate or the salesman is not invested in you, even after being approved and essentially only needing to sign, they will ignore and ghost you then pressure you to buy a next day flight to purchase the vehicle (unless it was already sold to begin with and they wanted to sell me something else after making the flight across the country or switch up the interest rate.) If you need any evidence and information on this take feel free to email me and I will happily tell you everything i know from this dealership and show you evidence that all of this happened.

I've had my car for several months now, so I think it's safe to leave a review. I'm always skeptical of dealerships, but Brent was very helpful and friendly and took the time to answer my questions. The financial representative was also helpful working with me on my down payment and finding a good lienholder for me. Steve the mechanic was awesome. He put two cars on the lift for me so I could check them out underneath, and with the sales rep standing nearby told me frankly, candidly, and honestly what he liked or didn't like about each car. I will happily shop here again, and as an insurance agent I send my customers here as well. The only reason I took off a star is because when trading in my car I had to haggle a little to get it to the price I wanted for a trade in. They justified lowering it because a deer ran into it once, yet they showed me a vehicle with 5 rear end accidents that they were asking 16,000 for. so if its worth that much I think I can get at least 4,000. He did however offer me a little more when I bulked at the original offer, so again, to clarify most of my experience was very positive and they are good to work with. I'll def see them again. Hopefully not in the near future, as I love my new car that I purchased here and hope it last me many many years to come.

They were very upfront and did not try to upsell unnesccesary items or take advantage. No hidden "extra fees" like many local dealerships. Offered a reasonable price from the start without the back and forth. I got a fair price for my trade in. I received an excellent price on the car I purchased. When comparing cars available on Autotrader and also inventory through the big name dealer complexes that advertise heavily, it wasn't even a close comparrison. The car I purchased has significantly fewer miles, a better trim level and feature package for a much lower price than what other dealerships offered. They provided a clean report and service history on the VIN number. The car is clean, detailed and in excellent condition.There was one tiny minor scratch on the paint I was made aware of otherwise I would not have noticed. I appreciate that detail was disclosed. They went above and beyond assisting with getting window tint set up and an aftermarket accesory I requested. They recommended a reputable auto insurance agent to compare quotes and ensure I was recieiving the best deal. There is a reason they are able to rely on repeat customers and referrals rather than focusing on advertising and marketing efforts. Each member of the staff I worked with had been there for several years and knew what they were doing. It is always a good sign when a dealership has low turnover. I'm a particular person and they met or exceeded each request I made. They treat customers right! Overall great expreience and would highly recommend.
