They allowed me to come in early so I could make a business meeting and they worked me in. They told me it would have me out in about an hour which I was happy with but they had me done in 30 minutes! They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and my car was cleaned! Had a really good experience at Tom Roush. We bought a used BMW from them and within 30 days of buying the car had to do extensive repairs to the car. Instead of us paying for the repairs they were able to get us into a newer used Lincoln that is in much better condition. It was an amazing experience and highly recommend this dealership to any one I know. We’ll definitely come here again when I need another car!

We also had a great experience working with Mohammad ( Used car sales Manager). Finally, we worked with Finance employee James. Poor service and a definite lack of communication. Simple oil change and tire rotation was scheduled with expected wait time of one hour quoted. Year make model and engine information all provided while scheduling. After an hour and a half, I asked for an update… 15 minutes later I was told that they were waiting on an oil filter. No effort on their part to explain the delay or reason for the delay. I had to seek out the information. When talking with the scheduling person I had expressly stated that I had a time constraint and was assured that I would be out in plenty of time. I would have easily been able to schedule a different day if there was any concern on their part. I updated my rating based on promise on their part that future visits would be better. I have used their services in the past with a different vehicle and had wonderful service.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Easy check-in. Waited no more than 40 minutes in a nice clean waiting area and they let me know the work was done. I was prepared for a longer wait but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. Easy check out. Will go back for my next service.

Highly recommend! Great experience at Tom Roush Mazda! AJ helped me trade in my old ride for a new CX9 Signature! My Wife actually loves it! Moe was really helpful giving me options on long term coverage and made it affordable! At the end of the day Ive owned many vehicles and the fact is they all break down at some point, its not a matter of if, but when. Having extended warranty coverage while your making payments is the only smart way to buy any vehicle in my humble opinion. I’ll be back for my next vehicle at Roush!

10 stars, seriously. I bought my Mazda from another dealer in town, and when I had a major issue (whole car shut down in traffic and gave me a "Hybrid Malfunction" warning), my dealer couldn't get me in for almost a week and couldn't provide me a loaner. I called Tom Roush and talked immediately to Nathan, who couldn't get me in that day but asked me to come by and hooked me up with a loaner. This was on a Friday and by Monday, I got a call that they had been able to identify an upcoming recall that caused the issue, and they fixed not only that issue but some other as-yet-unreleased recalls to save me another trip. When there was another issue with my wipers the next day, they got me in immediately while I waited and got it fixed. These guys know what they're talking about - I don't feel like they're just guessing with what the issues are, and they are so easy to deal with. I really wish I had bought from them in the first place, and would HIGHLY recommend them for sales or service.
