I’m sure most of you know the term “used car salesman”, this is not how anyone is at Mazda in Westfield. Our sales associate Jordan Brown helped us pick out our new CX 5. During the process we sent text and emails with our questions. If Jordan was with customers and couldn’t get back to us within several hours, then the GM sent us an email answering the questions. Every single person at Mazda that we came into contact with was honest, open and not at all pushy. WOW how nice to find a Dealer with these attributes. Even after we purchased our car, I forgot how to work some features and Jordan got in the car with me and went over them again. We had a great experience and will definitely recommend Tom Roush Mazda! Cindy and Bob

Me and my Adult kids have purchased 3 Mazda’s here 2015 CX-5 & 1-2014 CX-9 and recently 2018 CX-5 and all vehicles have been great and just had routine maintenance. I give the Mazda Service Department a 💯 Customer Satisfaction. They alway send me a video after the inspection have been completed and explained all that is needed to keep our vehicles at a 💯. Although I had first found the car I was interested in the Roush lot, I checked with other friends who had bought their Mazda from Roush. All replied with positive experiences concerning their purchases. For me, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had, especially for buying a used car which has a few extra risks and challenges associated with it. I was treated very well and fairly throughout the entire process. My wife and I were very impressed and very comfortable with each individual we worked with and of the part of the organization they represented beginning with the sales, then the business office, and finally the service department. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a new or used Mazda to go to Roush first. I will return there when considering my next car. UPDATE - 10 YEARS LATER: I still, and even more so would rate Tom Roush Mazda with 5 stars. We still have the Miata and go to them when parts and service are needed. The main reason: Tom Roush treats us as one of their family, not as a customer. It seems most everyone there does what they can do to work with you to make any experience with them a good one. This week I went in for some minor trim parts. Ike made me feel so welcome and invited me in his office area to go over the online illustrations and text to ensure that the correct parts were ordered. He took care of me and I had everything the next day. Although I do most of my own service, they have the skills and equipment to take on the challenges that exceed my garage limits. Work performed for me was done promptly and additional issues were discussed for my awareness or need to resolve in a future visit. I still strongly recommend anyone looking for a new or used Mazda to go to Roush first.

My husband and I purchased a Mazda CX-90. Our experience with the dealership was excellent. We really enjoyed the care that was given to us. We left the dealership feeling confident that we got a good deal on our purchase. We never felt hassled or pressured into buying. We love our new SUV. I will add another review for the service department when it comes time to visit the dealership for our routine service maintenance. I want to give a shout out to Mike Spear (Sales and Leasing Consultant) who sold us our Mazda CX-90, Skylar Brewer (Sales Manager) who helped setup our finance options and Chris Elder (Business Manager) who handled the finance data and more. All three made the car buying experience comfortable. We felt like we were among friends. We've bought many cars over the years from different dealerships and this one tops them all. I would give them a 10-star rating if google review offered one. We are truly that happy.

I scheduled an appointment at Tom Roush Mazda after learning about the Mazda Infotainment Settlement, which offers a free software update covered under a Limited Extended Warranty. Before the visit, I even called the dealership to confirm that the service would be fully covered and I wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the front desk told me I needed to authorize a diagnostic first—and that if the issue wasn’t covered under the warranty, I’d be charged $175. This requirement was never mentioned during the phone call, which felt misleading and frustrating. Customers deserve full transparency up front, especially when dealing with warranty-covered issues. Disappointed in the experience.

I want to share an excellent experience I had with an employee of Roush Mazda in Westfield, IN, last week. I was having trouble with my Apple Carplay disconnecting while I was driving. After trying everything I could including reading the manual, watching You Tube videos on the subject, and consulting two car aficionados I know, I decided to go to Roush Mazda and see if a salesman could help me. I remember when I bought my Mazda 5 in 2019, the salesman showed me how to use car play. Figured if anyone might know how to help me, it would be a salesman. Once hearing i needed help, Ryan Labellarte offered his time. I admitted why I was there and had no intention of buying a car, but he gladly listened to my problem. I explained I was leaving on a road trip by myself and I didn't feel safe with this problem occurring. Being 71 year old woman, who is not tech savvy, he had to take time to explain basic things while trying to resolve my problem. After 45 minutes with me, he did figure out the issue --- an issue with Siri. It was obviously not an easy task to diagnosis this problem. He was nothing but patient, kind, not patronizing, and was clearly interested in helping this clueless woman, I couldn't thank him enough; he just told me to have a good and safe trip. WOW! Most salesman would have been thinking "I could be selling a car" and thus give up and excuse himself. Not Ryan. He was determined to help me despite the time it was taking. This young man is destined to be successful. He is quite intelligent and cares about the customer. Tom Roush is lucky to have him on their staff! My next Mazda will be purchased from Ryan Labellarte!

Worst experience I’ve had in a car lot! The sales person was eager to sell and friendly. Unfortunately the sales manager was a total prick! Talked to my partner and I like we were beneath him, I will never return or buy anything from any Roush dealership ever! Went to Skillman 30 mins away payed below MSRP was treated with respect and got the price I wanted for a new 2025 MX90. (Edit)… The post below Roush replying to my post is a total lie a fabrication, I was never given an offer or counter offer at all! Maybe you should call me instead and get the facts right before replying on a true honest post! Never was I offered msrp the sales manager said he wasn’t going to give the car up at that price. Get your facts right then reply!! Further more your Yelp reviews are only 2.7.
