My salesperson, Larry Graves, was very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. I was very appreciative of the "soft sale". I also like the fact that he has followed up to make sure everything has been satisfactory of my expectations. He has also made himself available to assist in any additional support or questions that I may have. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I just had my 2016 CX-5 serviced at Tom Roush. They are always thorough and are so nice to me. I appreciate all of the people who look out for my needs and safety. Since I don't usually see the mechanics, I want them to know how much I appreciate them too. They always wash my car too and this time they wiped it all down too. It still looks new. Thanks everyone!

My husband and I went in to look at a model we were interested in and were not committed to purchasing on that day. However, Marvin Lucas was AMAZING. He listened to what we were looking for and didn't get discouraged when we said no to our first choice because we just couldn't get to the numbers we wanted. He gave us more options and we left with a "new to us" CX-5. We couldn't have been more pleased to his attention to detail, communication and listening. It was truly a pleasure. Thank you!

Went here a few months ago, test drove a vehicle and expressed that I wanted to buy, but had a few months left of payment on my current vehicle. Asked what paperwork or information I needed to bring in for our appointment the next day, and I was told no need to bring anything. Came in for my appointment the next afternoon, and the initial salesman had me work with a different salesman bc he was selling a car to someone he met earlier that week. The new salesman, Roger, was amazing! I told him that I’d like to purchase, and asked about my current vehicle; he listed all of the documentation that was needed. I feel that I wasn’t taken seriously, bc why would I be told nothing needed the first time? I work long days and work an hour away, so my valuable time was wasted. I planned to walk out with a new vehicle that night. I went to another dealership and bought a brand new 2025 SUV. If I’d worked with Roger from the start, I’m sure my experience would’ve been different. But it is what it is!

Nice try. Someone from the dealership commented on my previous review, and basically lied. First, look at Yelp reviews, which give a different picture than the inflated reviews here (2.7). I wonder what you bribed people with to get good Google reviews. No, you DID NOT CONTACT ME DAILY, as you state in your reply to my review. The dealership only called me once....I had to initiate contact each and every time WHEN YOU DID NOT CALL BACK. Always with an excuse, but you only called once. This, after receiving a down payment on a vehicle. Mazda, when I contacted them, had a very different story, yet you perpetuate the lies. The only reason the process stopped is because you failed to contact me, for days. We literally put a down payment, and submitted the paperwork. Happy to share my iPhone screen shot of calls, incoming and out going and emails. The only thing correct in their response, is we are enjoying the vehicle we purchased elsewhere.

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Incompetent at each level from sales, and management. A simple sale, with a deposit placed almost two weeks ago turned out to be a complete waste of time. In addition to zero accountability, and follow up, they sent the wrong paperwork, and could not received emails. I thought things would turn around when the Sakes Manager strongly inserted himself, and promised to get this going, only made it worst. Who knew my first car, an 86 Mazda RX7, would be my last. Thankfully another dealership took and processed a sale in 45 minutes.

They told me it would have me out in about an hour which I was happy with but they had me done in 30 minutes! They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and my car was cleaned! Had a really good experience at Tom Roush. We bought a used BMW from them and within 30 days of buying the car had to do extensive repairs to the car. Instead of us paying for the repairs they were able to get us into a newer used Lincoln that is in much better condition. It was an amazing experience and highly recommend this dealership to any one I know. We’ll definitely come here again when I need another car!

Poor service and a definite lack of communication. Simple oil change and tire rotation was scheduled with expected wait time of one hour quoted. Year make model and engine information all provided while scheduling. After an hour and a half, I asked for an update… 15 minutes later I was told that they were waiting on an oil filter. No effort on their part to explain the delay or reason for the delay. I had to seek out the information. When talking with the scheduling person I had expressly stated that I had a time constraint and was assured that I would be out in plenty of time. I would have easily been able to schedule a different day if there was any concern on their part. I updated my rating based on promise on their part that future visits would be better. I have used their services in the past with a different vehicle and had wonderful service.

I was disappointed with the service I received. I contacted them about a car they had listed for sale. Communication was horrible and they ended up selling the car from out under me. If you are an out of state buyer, I recommend looking elsewhere. Edit: I contacted the dealership about getting picture of a car before proceeding with the purchase. It took them 3 business days to send the photos to my email. As soon as I received the pictures, the salesman started the credit application process to just tell me later in the day that “someone else came in and purchased the vehicle”. This was extremely unprofessional especially after the salesman took down all my information for the credit app. The manager then contacted me promising that he will reach back out with other possible potions, he never ended up reaching back out. Again, if you are an out of state buyer prepare to be neglected.
