Highly recommend! Great experience at Tom Roush Mazda! AJ helped me trade in my old ride for a new CX9 Signature! My Wife actually loves it! Moe was really helpful giving me options on long term coverage and made it affordable! At the end of the day Ive owned many vehicles and the fact is they all break down at some point, its not a matter of if, but when. Having extended warranty coverage while your making payments is the only smart way to buy any vehicle in my humble opinion. I’ll be back for my next vehicle at Roush!

10 stars, seriously. I bought my Mazda from another dealer in town, and when I had a major issue (whole car shut down in traffic and gave me a "Hybrid Malfunction" warning), my dealer couldn't get me in for almost a week and couldn't provide me a loaner. I called Tom Roush and talked immediately to Nathan, who couldn't get me in that day but asked me to come by and hooked me up with a loaner. This was on a Friday and by Monday, I got a call that they had been able to identify an upcoming recall that caused the issue, and they fixed not only that issue but some other as-yet-unreleased recalls to save me another trip. When there was another issue with my wipers the next day, they got me in immediately while I waited and got it fixed. These guys know what they're talking about - I don't feel like they're just guessing with what the issues are, and they are so easy to deal with. I really wish I had bought from them in the first place, and would HIGHLY recommend them for sales or service.

The many YouTube videos I watched to learn how not to get ripped off had me very suspicious and skeptical going into meet Larry about purchasing an automobile. He proved he and the dealership were nothing like the internet warns of. The interactions were straightforward, clear, transparent, and never uncovered any "gotchas"! I drove away with confidence. Highly recommend Larry and the dealership to anyone who would rather be in a dental chair than buying a car.

I had an issue with sales man mistake, but Amber saw it and fixed it, always replied emails. Dan V. quickly replied and tried to help. The service department is terrible. They have attempted to charge me for two safety issues, claiming they were out of warranty. For the first issue, they refunded my money after verifying that it was covered under warranty. For the second issue, they wanted to charge me for "damage I supposedly caused to the circuit board." However, when I went to another Mazda dealership, they identified the actual problem, which was not the circuit board at all. Both times, I interacted with the service advisor, Scott. While he is polite, he seems primarily focused on making money. It’s deeply concerning and disheartening how they handle these situations. Out-of-warranty repairs mean more money for Scott. The commissioned environment is evident in their blatant disregard for customers who are under warranty. Unfortunately, this is the closest dealership to me, but I am willing to drive to other Mazda dealerships to avoid being scammed Edit: Adding to this review based upon the response. Mazda has already supposedly spoken to Service Manager Matt. I’m aware of your Google ratings - I can read. But I’m questioning if you can…seeing as how you’re unable to locate my last two records of appts where I was seen both times.

Larry was an outstanding sales person. Tom Roush has a really good inventory of both new and used cars. That allowed me to buy a Mazda CX-5. There service department is amazing as well. They have completely updated there waiting room with excellent coffee and bottled water. They’re pricing for basic service, which is all I’ve used due to the reliability of the Mazda product is extremely fair.

Disappointed with their VIP loyalty card. According to the card we are suppose to get these prices “always” but informed us today that the prices went up and essentially there is no VIP it is the same price whether or not if you have the card!!!!

Fish Bone

Absolute SCAM i bought a used suv from this dealer and i can truly say it was the worst financial decision of my life. i was in a bad spot with my car getting rear ended and totaled by the other driver's insurance company and was in dire need of a vehicle. this dealership was NO help and they were charging DOUBLE what the suv i purchased was worth. upon further inspection and repairs at my home, i found that the struts, breaks and suspension were all being held on by hundreds of ZIP TIES and there are whole sections of the frame that are rusted out or missing that i could not see until i spent time underneath the vehicle. theres also a chip in the windshield that i told them to fix before i purchased that they also did not fix. (i thought i could fill that in at home though, thats easy). but any insurance company would look at this and total the vehicle. i have 0 resale value on it and if i am ever in an accident i will get nothing. DO NOT BUY EDIT since the dealer has accused me of faking. i will NOT use my real identity or information in this review because someone from your dealership showed up at my place of residence late at night trying to "purchase the vehicle back". this was extremely creepy and suspicious. you weirdos are lucky i am not suing or pressing charges for soliciting or stalking.
