Tom Roush has been excellent to us. They kind of "inherited" all of the issues we obtained after buying a used Mazda from another non-Mazda dealership. Luckily our car is still under warranty, but they have been great at finding the issues and resolving them quickly. Jon in the service department has been awesome to deal with. Highly recommend.

Fair, honest pricing for service! We had a bad experience at another Mazda dealer for service and when our 2018 6 needed a diagnostic I decided to bring it here since the reviews were good. And the reviews were right! I thought them sending a video of the inspection findings was so cool and informative; in all the years I’ve had Mazdas, I’ve never had that! My service writer Jon was kind, informative, and so understanding when it came to explaining what needed to be done and what we could wait on based on cost. Being able to text him and see what’s happening was also so convenient. Getting a loaner when the work was expected to take a few days was hassle free. And our car was done right on time! She runs like a dream now! Every person I came in contact with at this dealership was polite and friendly. Thank you to everyone here, I will be back for any of my Mazda needs!

We just bought our very first new car and our experience at Tom Roush set the standard! We checked out cars on the lot we’d been debating between and were completely free to roam until we went inside where we were immediately greeted in the most relaxed way and made to feel welcome. Freddie was absolutely incredible to work with, answered our laundry list of questions so kindly, and we felt no pressure whatsoever. I’m not sure where to begin. My wife and I purchased our first Mazdas from Tom Roush in 1998. Since then our extended family and friends have purchased or leased almost 40 cars. Brent Cassady was one of our first service advisors and then moved into sales and we’ve been working with him since then. Obviously we all feel very comfortable working with him so we keep coming back. Brent, and everyone at Roush, have always taken care of us for sales and service and looked after my elderly parents when they visit.

Didn't need to wait too long for allignment, rotate, oil change, and new wipers. Excellent service at the area. Definitely coming back for the service of my Mazda from now on because I feel valued. My tech was jon shreve and he was really nice and to the point, the staff seemed concerned for the maintenance of my car and made sure to recommend an alignment for me, since the last visit I did not get one. Super happy with the service, price is a little higher than a 3rd party but I wouldn't bring my baby to any other place than a Mazda dealership.
