Excellent customer service from the service team- Scott, the manager, in particular. We did not buy our Mazda at this dealership but the dealership we bought our CX5 from told us we had to take it to a Mazda dealership. Tom Rousch had to keep it longer than expected so to make it convenient for us they gave us a loaner car until they could resolve the problem. Great customer service and there’s a reason why this dealership has 4.8 star reviews!

Several years ago when I went to buy a car there, they shunned me and said my credit wasn’t good enough. That’s OK. They treated me like garbage in the process. I bought multiple Hondas in multiple BMW since then and have credit to where I could buy every car on your puny little lot. I want you to know I never forgave and I will never forget the awful garbage treatment at your place gave

Very cordial staff. I was taken back a bit at the basic $175 charge to diagnose the issue, but the charge was deducted when I approved the repairs. Repair costs have certainly raised tremendously , and were a bit difficult swallow, given I’m retired and on a fixed income. But with the repairs completed, my ‘92 Miata is back on the road! They did a good job, and seemed very honest and caring.

I’m sure most of you know the term “used car salesman”, this is not how anyone is at Mazda in Westfield. Our sales associate Jordan Brown helped us pick out our new CX 5. During the process we sent text and emails with our questions. If Jordan was with customers and couldn’t get back to us within several hours, then the GM sent us an email answering the questions. Every single person at Mazda that we came into contact with was honest, open and not at all pushy. WOW how nice to find a Dealer with these attributes. Even after we purchased our car, I forgot how to work some features and Jordan got in the car with me and went over them again. I want to share an excellent experience I had with an employee of Roush Mazda in Westfield, IN, last week. I was having trouble with my Apple Carplay disconnecting while I was driving. After trying everything I could including reading the manual, watching You Tube videos on the subject, and consulting two car aficionados I know, I decided to go to Roush Mazda and see if a salesman could help me. I remember when I bought my Mazda 5 in 2019, the salesman showed me how to use car play. Figured if anyone might know how to help me, it would be a salesman. Once hearing i needed help, Ryan Labellarte offered his time. I admitted why I was there and had no intention of buying a car, but he gladly listened to my problem. I explained I was leaving on a road trip by myself and I didn't feel safe with this problem occurring. Being 71 year old woman, who is not tech savvy, he had to take time to explain basic things while trying to resolve my problem. After 45 minutes with me, he did figure out the issue --- an issue with Siri. It was obviously not an easy task to diagnosis this problem. He was nothing but patient, kind, not patronizing, and was clearly interested in helping this clueless woman, I couldn't thank him enough; he just told me to have a good and safe trip. WOW! Most salesman would have been thinking "I could be selling a car" and thus give up and excuse himself. Not Ryan. He was determined to help me despite the time it was taking. This young man is destined to be successful. He is quite intelligent and cares about the customer. Tom Roush is lucky to have him on their staff! My next Mazda will be purchased from Ryan Labellarte!

Talked to my partner and I like we were beneath him, I will never return or buy anything from any Roush dealership ever! Went to Skillman 30 mins away payed below MSRP was treated with respect and got the price I wanted for a new 2025 MX90. (Edit)… The post below Roush replying to my post is a total lie a fabrication, I was never given an offer or counter offer at all! Maybe you should call me instead and get the facts right before replying on a true honest post! Never was I offered msrp the sales manager said he wasn’t going to give the car up at that price. Get your facts right then reply!! Further more your Yelp reviews are only 2.7.

Instead of us paying for the repairs they were able to get us into a newer used Lincoln that is in much better condition. My wife and I bought a 2018 Grand Caravan from Tom Roush in April. We found the vehicle we wanted and were happy with the price we negotiated, but our overall experience has been disappointing from a company that stands on a 4.7 star rating and what they claim is 52 years of great customer service. It was important to us that we bought a reliable van for our family, and after asking our salesman more than once for the service record, Freddy did give us a copy. With each question we asked, he assured us, “This is a reliable van and we only sell vehicles that have passed rigorous quality tests.” Lots of promises. A few hours after my wife picked up the van, the check engine light came on. I reached out to Freddy to see what solutions he had for us given we bought it that day and his response was short, “I can’t promise I can do anything but I can have our service department look at it.” I lost all confidence in that moment and I wasn’t about to make the hour plus drive to have them “look at it,” so I took it to my local mechanic whom I trust. The service diagnostic revealed two engine evap codes. In short, a rodent chewed through a tube as well as some wires, and the gas cap wasn’t sealed correctly. I can’t say with certainty that the people at Tom Roush reset the codes before selling us the van, but it seems likely, and at best unprofessional. At worst, unethical. I don’t expect a response from this company but if they do, they’ll probably blame me for not buying the warranty. Live and learn, I guess. There were some good things I could say. The manager was very kind and entertained our kids while we were shopping for the van. If he wants to give me a call with an actual solution that provides us with a better experience, I would be happy to change my review. Buyer beware. Lots of empty promises.

Fair, honest pricing for service! We had a bad experience at another Mazda dealer for service and when our 2018 6 needed a diagnostic I decided to bring it here since the reviews were good. And the reviews were right! I thought them sending a video of the inspection findings was so cool and informative; in all the years I’ve had Mazdas, I’ve never had that! My service writer Jon was kind, informative, and so understanding when it came to explaining what needed to be done and what we could wait on based on cost. Being able to text him and see what’s happening was also so convenient. Getting a loaner when the work was expected to take a few days was hassle free. And our car was done right on time! She runs like a dream now! Every person I came in contact with at this dealership was polite and friendly. Thank you to everyone here, I will be back for any of my Mazda needs!

I thought this was important to share. I happened to be in the Indianapolis area for the weekend (from PA) and I plan to buy a car in the near future. I was considering Mazda and had some time to browse the dealership. The salesman, Roger, promptly came out, greeted us and spent time showing us any model we were interested in and answered any questions possible. We did explain to him that we weren’t in the position to buy a car that day and we didn’t want to waste his time. This did not change Rogers customer care. He continued to show us options and provide information. I dearly wish that I was able to buy a car that day, but sadly I was only in the area for the day. Had an amazing experience here. We had been to a few different new car dealers today and we knew what we were looking for or at least what we wanted. We have great credit so we didn’t want to be pressured in to a credit app without knowing what kind of deal we were gonna get and they provided us with all we wanted. After the lackadaisical sales people at the Chevy dealer and no hope to try and make the sale we stopped in to Tom Roush and were quickly greeted by Lee. He was no BS he showed us what we wanted and the differences in the options. He swiftly brought up our new CX-9 and let us zoom zoom! He never made us uncomfortable, was never worried about our credit, and he never left us hanging like all the other places we went where our sales guy disappeared many of times. We drive it loved it and he came with the deals. We had 2 trades and some negative equity, but he fought to get our deal in our budget. We got everything we needed and they quickly got us through finance with Tarek who was also a good time. The longest we waited was for the detailer. But they cleaned it up real nice filled our tank up. We feel like we got a great deal with a 10 year warranty and free washes for life! This was our first brand new car purchase and they really took care of us. I loved the showroom set up very casual comfortable atmosphere. Thanks guys

I have never had a bad experience here. The reps are nice and efficient. The service is done correctly the first time...shout out to the people who actually do the work...If I have things to do, I get a loaner, I've been driven home and picked up and I've waited and the job was done right on time. The waiting area isn't as fancy as others I've visited, but I don't need fancy coffee and a huge selection of snacks, I want a car that runs and people who will make that happen. I also think that the prices are fair. I wondered if I should take my latest problem to someone closer to home and thank goodness I didn't as the part was covered under an extended warranty! I don't have an extended warranty, the part was given an extended warranty by Lincoln. So my six year old car received a covered repair. Shout out to Lincoln! Thank you to everyone, especially Corey.

They were very upfront and did not try to upsell unnesccesary items or take advantage. No hidden "extra fees" like many local dealerships. Offered a reasonable price from the start without the back and forth. I got a fair price for my trade in. I received an excellent price on the car I purchased. When comparing cars available on Autotrader and also inventory through the big name dealer complexes that advertise heavily, it wasn't even a close comparrison. The car I purchased has significantly fewer miles, a better trim level and feature package for a much lower price than what other dealerships offered. They provided a clean report and service history on the VIN number. The car is clean, detailed and in excellent condition.There was one tiny minor scratch on the paint I was made aware of otherwise I would not have noticed. I appreciate that detail was disclosed. They went above and beyond assisting with getting window tint set up and an aftermarket accesory I requested. They recommended a reputable auto insurance agent to compare quotes and ensure I was recieiving the best deal. There is a reason they are able to rely on repeat customers and referrals rather than focusing on advertising and marketing efforts. Each member of the staff I worked with had been there for several years and knew what they were doing. It is always a good sign when a dealership has low turnover. I'm a particular person and they met or exceeded each request I made. They treat customers right! Overall great expreience and would highly recommend.

Terrific and somewhat unusual experience with a service department. I'll make a long story short. Our car had a flat tire that could not be repaired. I live Chicago but my son was driving our car on his second day at a new job in the area. Since I had to buy a new tire, I figured that they would most likely recommend replacing at least 2 of the tires, if not try to sell me on an entire set. I gave the ok to order two, but Corey in the service department said I should be fine with just replacing the one. Both Dell and Corey were extremely responsive to our situation and more helpful than I could have ever expected.

A very friendly welcome and displayed interest in all questions and remarks by all persons I came in contact with. The 2013 Ford Escape Titanium vehicle was in like new condition and the sales person was attentive and rapidly took action on all comments and requests. The vehicle has been serviced and a Ford upgrade installed. The next visit will have the back lift gate adjusted to allow a proper fit and elimination of the "door open" message on the dash - the maladjustment was noted by the sales person immediately after I mentioned the message on the dash. What good customer service! The only remaining item is the second Fob for the vehicle which I have no doubt it will be found. I will be pleased to highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Of all dealerships we've ever been to, never have we had such a run around, delays, deception, contradiction of what we were told would be fixed, when items would be fixed. It was so frustrating and rude that we were actually much happier buying a vehicle with considerably more miles from a dealer with a better reputation. We were surprised at our treatment not once but several times. At a minimum you'd think sales people would want to be friendly.

Had a warranty on my tires and wheels, and when I took the car in, they honored the warranty fully. Scott worked hard to get me back on the road in the time frame I needed, and worked with the warranty insurance company. I didn't have to pay anything for the wheel and tire repair because he worked so hard to get me every cent from the insurance. The folks at TRLM were not the typical pushy salesmen. It was a relaxed experience, with no pressure and easy to understand transaction. It moved at my pace. I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like I was being ignored or strung along. It kind of felt like I was dealing with my brothers. I felt they were honest with me and I was able to be honest with them. I told them what I needed and they did everything they could to get me exactly that. Very good experience.

The car buying experience at Tom Roush was great. Everyone works as a team and makes the experience smooth. Right from the time I got the online quote from Jim Barbour to the end with the options on 'Extended Service Warranty' & 'Financing', the treatment was great. Chris Bettis greeted us at the dealership and he got us the car that we wanted to test drive - he was very friendly and he never tried to convince us to buy any other car. We wanted the Mazda6 itouring manual car and that is what we got. Throughout the test drive, Chris helped us understand the options and made us comfortable by engaging in a conversation - there was never an awkward silence. He was treating us the way he would want anyone to treat him during a car purchase. Once the test drive was over, Chris gave us the quote which was fair and it closely matched the online quote we had received earlier - the only difference was that we got a red-colored car which always costs a couple hundred dollars more than the other colors. I felt bad when I tried to negotiate on the minimal documentation cost because the overall price quoted was very close to the KBB & truecar value. Once the price was finalized Chris & Mr. Roush helped me with the financing options and gave me all the options available on 'Ext Warranty', ' Gap Coverage', 'Theft Protection' and others - they patiently walked us through each and every option and gave us a few minutes to discuss and decide on the options we wanted. Chris & Mr. Roush never hurried us throughout the process. We got a very good deal and we are very happy with the buying experience at Tom Roush. I would definitely recommend Tom Roush to anyone buying a new car - I think they should expand the dealership and add other brands to their lot. Thanks to Chris & Jim I never had to go through the dreadful negotiation process.
